Utilising your body weight and movement fluidity, these classes form the basis of all Pilates practices. Routines feature no equipment and small apparatus flows that tone, strengthen and perfect technique.
An alternative to traditional Mat Pilates, Barre focuses on smaller, isometric movements that are based on ballet dance. Classes emphasise finding your centre and drawing out the length in your body.
Our quick workout blasts utilise the practice of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to focus on targeted muscle groups across both Reformer and Mat Pilates. Workouts range from 5 to 20 minutes for a quick Pilates session.
