Do I need equipment for the workouts?
There are a range of workouts designed around equipment and non-equipment options. Access to equipment increases your workout options to include things like Reformer, activation bands, hand weights, etc. but there are numerous effective and challenging flows that don't involve any equipment at all.

If I choose to use props, what do you recommend?
Dumbbells ranging from 1kg - 5kg (about 2-10 lbs), an activation band, chi ball and sliders are featured often in my programming and are relatively affordable. Ankle weights are optional in some sessions as well and a study chair, stool or box is also great to have.

Are the workouts safe if I am pregnant, or have recently had a baby?
We offer pre and post-natal classes designed specifically for new mums and mums to be. I recommend watching our pre or post-natal intro videos before starting your class and seek guidance/clearance from your physician if you have any additional concerns.

How familiar do I need to be with Pilates to do these classes?
You don't need any Pilates experience to get started! Our Pilates Essential classes will help you learn and perfect the techniques you need.

Is there a weekly workout schedule I can follow?
Yes! My Reformer Weekly Schedule & Mat Pilates Weekly Schedule is released every Monday. You can find it in-app and uploaded on our Instagram @mypilatesproject

Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, the billing cycle is monthly from your first payment date (or yearly if you’re on the annual plan).

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. No hidden fees and you’ll have access until the end of that billing cycle.

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, if you're on a monthly plan and you need to take some time off for whatever reason, you can pause your subscription for up to three months.

How do I cancel or pause?
Login to your account at http://www.studio.pilatesproject.com and click on the circular profile icon in the top right corner. A dropdown will appear where you can select 'Manage Subscription.'
To cancel:
- On your Manage Subscription page, select the "Cancel" option, confirm your choice and you're all set! You won't be charged again but will be able to access the videos until the end of your current billing cycle.
- When you cancel, you'll receive an email confirming this. If you don't receive the email, double check that your subscription shows as "Canceled" in your settings. If it does, then you're all set!
To pause:
- On your Manage Subscription page, select the "Pause" option.
- You'll be able to pause for the time frame that works best for you: either 1, 2, or 3 months. After this timeframe is over, you will be charged again.
